Bonus terms: where the rules that decide your withdrawal live
Bonus terms are the contract behind every promotion. They are long, repetitive and full of exceptions — and they hold the answer to nearly every complaint about a refused withdrawal. This page does not reproduce Betista's terms, which change; it explains the clauses found at almost every operator and what each means for the cashier.

General bonus rules
General terms apply to every promotion, and each offer has its own specific terms on top. When they conflict, the specific terms usually prevail. Read both. General rules cover country eligibility, one offer per person, the order in which real and bonus money are used and the operator's right to change or cancel promotions.
Max bet with bonus
With a bonus active, each stake has a ceiling. It is the clause most often broken by accident, because games do not stop a bet above the limit — they simply accept it. A single spin over the maximum can be grounds to void the bonus and winnings. Set your stake before you start and leave it alone.
Restricted games
The terms list games that do not count towards wagering, games with reduced contribution and sometimes games you cannot play at all with an active bonus. In-slot features such as bonus buys may also be forbidden while a bonus is running.
Excluded deposit methods
Some promotions exclude deposits made with certain methods, often e-wallets or vouchers. The deposit goes through normally, but the bonus is not activated. Check before paying, alongside the method notes in payments.
Irregular play clauses
Terms reserve the operator's right to void bonuses for duplicate accounts, low-risk betting patterns used to clear wagering or behaviour deemed abusive. The definitions can be vague. The safest way to stay clear is to play normally, respect the maximum bet and keep a single account.
